Orders are preferred through Artistree as to make the process much easier and more organized. I understand that some people may not be able to access Artistree or do not wish to. Below, I also have DM commissions available!

DM order Policy: When ordering a commission through DM, I give all clients 1 week to finalize their commission details with me, open communication is extremely important for you to receive your desired artwork. Ghosting is not accepted, do not DM me if you do not wish to communicate! Due to the amount of ghosting, it is now limited to 1 week. If you are openly communicating, slight extensions can be made, please ask if you feel like you may need one! Note: This is not when pay is due, this is just when all of the artwork is finished planning. IMPORTANT: Failure to comply with this policy will result in commission cancellation.Payment method: PayPal

Artistree & DM: For all commissions, payment is taken in full prior to the start of the artwork. No exceptions!
AWAITING PAYMENT RULES:
Commission payment will be taken in full prior to your commission being started.
-If you do not have the payment ready by the time that the commission details are finalized, please read below.
-I am aware that payment may not be ready at the time the commission is finalized, because of this, I give a 3-day limit that payment is expected. Your limit ends 11:59PM EST on your 3rd day. For example, if your commission details were finalized and payment was expected on a Tuesday, you would be given until Friday by 11:59 EST to pay your amount owed.
-PLEASE NOTE: Failure to comply with this rule will result in your commission being cancelled! I will not wait more than 3 days for payment to be collected and your commission will be cancelled.TERMS OF SERVICE:
Please read the following carefully prior to ordering a commission.
-I reserve the right to all of my own original work, I am responsible for the artwork given.
-I do allow for usage of my commissions via internet/social media postings if credentials are given appropriately via "Artsi" as used on Social Media.
-I do not allow any commercial usage of my products.
-I reserve the right to decline any commission I do not feel comfortable with or wish to proceed with.
-Failure in commission payment within the 3-day grace period will result in commission cancellation.
-Any disrespect towards any client or artist will result in being blocked and commission cancellation.Extra Charges/Tweak Policy: (DM ORDERS ONLY) PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
-Unfortunately, Artistree does not have an organized way to implement this policy as I know of, therefore I only allow a maximum of 3 tweaks and nothing over for regular upfront price. Therefore this is only for Direct message orders, I apologize.
-Extra charges will only apply for extra tweaks past 3 for your commission. Nothing else currently results in extra charges!
3 Free Tweak Policy:
-In any commission order, every commission is given 3 completely free of charge tweaks/minimal changes.
-If your commission exceeds 3 tweaks it is completely fine, but please note the extra charges that will apply:
-4-5 tweaks: +$2.00
-6-7 tweaks: +$3.00
-8-10 tweaks: +$4.50
-Unfortunately, I do not offer more than 10 tweaks, if the art is still not up to your standard, I encourage you to commission someone else that fits more of your style, and I do apologize!
-Each charge is applied to the number that you reach. {ex. if a commission were to reach 5 tweaks, the extra charges would be $2.00(4th)+$2.00(5th)=$4.00}Refund Policy:
Refunds will ONLY be given if the following occur:
-I(the artist) misses a deadline by at least 1 day without notice.(15% Refund)
-I(the artist) misses a deadline by at least 14 days without notice. (50% Refund)
-I(the artist) misses a deadline by at least 30 days+without notice. (90% Refund)
-Any already paid for art is lost or damaged. (Full 100% Refund)
-Client emergency cancellation of commission (must explain why) (60% Refund)
-Artist emergency cancellation of commission (must explain why) (Full Refund)
Note: If you are disrespectful and/or rude, your commission may be cancelled at any time and refunded how artist sees fit. Please be polite, kind and respectful and this will not apply to you.Thank you for reading my card, if you have any questions feel free to reach out!
